Backup and Snapshot Download

Onidel Cloud allows users to easily download snapshots and backups of their servers. This feature is designed to provide unmatched flexibility, ownership, and control over your data - something rarely supported by other cloud providers.

Key Features

• Root Disk Only: Only the root disk of the server can be downloaded.

• Time-Limited URL: Generated download URLs are valid for 7 hours.

• Seamless Access: Manage and download your snapshots and backups directly from the Onidel Cloud dashboard or via our public API.

• Note: Only backups and snapshots created on or after 06 January 2025 are available for download.

How to Download

To download a snapshot or backup, simply click the Download button next to the desired item. Please note that the generated download URL will expire in 7 hours. Each time you click the Download button or call the Download API endpoint, a new URL will be generated, and the previous one will be invalidated.
